Job Summary

We are hiring a technically skilled Instructional Designer with an electronics engineering background to create engaging, self-paced eLearning programs. The role requires close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to convert complex Electronic Design Automation (EDA) workflows into interactive learning experiences that are easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve self-paced eLearning courses and technical training materials.
• Partner with engineering SMEs to analyze complex EDA workflows and translate them into well-structured learning content.
• Create interactive tutorials, demonstrations, assessments, and additional digital learning resources.
• Produce technically correct learning content covering electronic design workflows, RF design, and high-speed digital applications.
• Break down complex technical information into clear, engaging, learner-friendly modules.
• Evaluate and refine learning materials to strengthen learner engagement, knowledge retention, and overall learning outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain technical precision and ensure timely delivery of learning programs.

Mandatory Skills and Requirements

• Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of electronics engineering principles and design workflows.
• Proficiency in Advanced Design System (ADS) to support design from raw materials.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or familiarity with Advanced Design System (ADS), RFPro, and/or High-Speed Digital Design.
• Experience in instructional design, eLearning development, technical training, or technical content creation.
• Ability to present complex engineering concepts in clear, organized learning materials.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and collaboration capabilities.
