Position Details:

• Role: Engineer – Customer Service (Inside Sales & Support) (Grade 3)
• Company Website: www.enphase.com
• Location: Bangalore (5 Days Working)
• Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Cab: Two-way 
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Salary (CTC): Up to ₹10 LPA
• Experience: 2–5 Years (On Papers)
• Qualification: Any Graduation (Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th & Graduation is mandatory)
• Target: No sales Target
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Interview Process: Virtual & Walkin

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Inside Sales (B2B / B2C) and Lead Generation
• Strong experience in Upselling and Cross-selling
• Experience in product sales (SaaS / EdTech / Battery or Related Products )
• Excellent communication and strong customer handling skills
• Basic technical understanding and troubleshooting ability
• Willingness to work in a night shift environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage customer questions and concerns through calls, emails, and chats
• Provide technical and product-related assistance to customers
• Support inside sales activities with upselling and cross-selling
• Generate and qualify leads through customer interactions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
