Information Technology Security Engineer

Role Overview

• We are looking for an IT Security Engineer to support security implementation, monitoring, and compliance for mission-critical systems. The role covers both project security (Day 1) and operational security (Day 2), ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, and resilient.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security controls across applications, infrastructure, and platforms
• Perform vulnerability assessments, security testing, and remediation tracking
• Support Kubernetes / Docker security, API security, IAM, RBAC, MFA, and PAM
• Work with development teams on secure coding and DevSecOps (SAST, DAST, SIEM, CI/CD security)
• Monitor security alerts, incidents, vulnerabilities, and patch compliance
• Support incident investigation, RCA, audits, and compliance activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–8 years of IT / Cybersecurity experience
• Hands-on experience with:
• Kubernetes / Docker Security
• API Security
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• SAST / DAST / SIEM tools
• CI/CD & DevSecOps security
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
