• In your role with the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily lead initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients, guiding them through the entire process from defining problems to diagnosing issues, designing solutions, and deploying them.
• Your responsibilities will include reviewing proposals authored by consultants, offering guidance, and analyzing the proposed solutions to address client business challenges, while identifying any potential risks and concerns.
• You will assess change management needs and recommend a structured approach to clients for effectively managing change through various communication strategies.
• Additionally, you will mentor and develop a vision for your team, provide specialized training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members through timely feedback and recognition of their high performance.
• Your contributions will be vital to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering superior consulting solutions to clients while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• Core competencies in Internet of Things (IoT), Contact Center (CC), and Genesys Network Contact Center.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Proven business acumen, strategic insight, and cross-industry thought leadership.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Exceptional logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in two or three industry domains.
• Knowledge of financial processes applicable to various project types and an understanding of different pricing models.
• Strong client interfacing capabilities.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience in project and team management.
