• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will take the lead in delivering exceptional consulting solutions that add value for clients at various stages, from problem identification and diagnosis to the design, development, and deployment of solutions.
• Your responsibilities will include reviewing proposals crafted by consultants, providing insights, and assessing the solutions outlined for client business challenges to pinpoint potential risks and issues.
• You will also identify change management needs and suggest a structured approach to clients for effectively managing change through various communication strategies.
• As a mentor, you will shape the team's vision, deliver subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members by providing timely feedback and recognizing high performance.
• Your contributions will be vital to both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added consulting solutions while adhering to company guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• Core skills include Internet of Things (IoT), Contact Center (CC), and Genesys Network Contact Center.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems
• Excellent business acumen, strategy, and cross-industry thought leadership
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, along with a collaborative mindset
• Knowledge of two or three industry domains
• Comprehension of financial processes for various project types and available pricing models
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience in project and team management
