(Key Account Manager)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to become a part of our team in India. This position involves overseeing relationships with our primary clients, crafting account strategies, and fostering sales expansion. The perfect candidate will have exceptional communication abilities, a strategic outlook, and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Create and implement account strategies that drive sales growth and enhance revenue.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities within current accounts as well as target potential clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions that address client requirements.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor actions to offer insights and recommendations to management.
• Generate and present regular reports on account performance, sales projections, and market dynamics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to develop and sustain client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and formulate strategic plans based on findings.
• Experience with CRM systems to manage client accounts and monitor performance.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies, especially in B2B settings.

Qualification: Any graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum of 1 year of experience or an MBA fresh graduate.

Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.

Versant Level: 4

Working Days: 6 Days

Shifts: Rotational (between 7 am to 9 pm for any 9 hours, applicable for both Female and Male candidates)

Location: Bangalore (Shivajinagar)

1. Rotational Days Off

Work Location: Office

CTC: Up to 25,000/- per month for MBA fresh graduates

Take Home: 20,000/- per month for MBA fresh graduates

CTC: Up to 30,000/- per month for experienced candidates

Take Home: Up to 25,000/- for experienced candidates

Apprentice Salary:

Freshers: 22,500/- stipend per month
