Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to develop robust web applications and APIs for production use. You will take full ownership of features, managing everything from the database schema to backend services and the user interface. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy contributing to design discussions as much as coding, and prefer taking ownership instead of merely processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs.
• Architect and implement database schemas, backend services, and user interfaces.
• Work collaboratively with team members to drive project success.
• Engage in proactive communication, providing updates and identifying blockers early.
• Clarify requirements at the outset to reduce the need for rework.
• Maintain transparency and foster collaboration with stakeholders.

• Frontend:
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (ES6, async/await, closures).
  • Experience with React preferred (including hooks, state management, component architecture).
• Backend:
  • Strong proficiency in Python, capable of writing production-quality code.
  • Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask for REST API development.
• Database:
  • Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Comprehensive understanding of schema design, joins, indexing, and query optimization.
• System Architecture & Problem Solving:
  • Capability to conceptualize system designs and create scalable solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to deconstruct complex or ambiguous challenges.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code.
• Familiarity with desktop applications built on the Electron framework.
• Knowledge of Agentic Frameworks (ADK, Langraph).
• Understanding of API documentation standards (Swagger / OpenAPI).
• Proficiency in Git and best practices for version control.
• Basic awareness of DevOps principles (Docker, CI/CD).
• Experience in testing methodologies, including unit and integration testing.
