GenAI Lead Consultant / Senior Lead Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Lead Consultant / Senior Lead Consultant to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and production-ready Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions. The successful candidate will possess extensive hands-on expertise in Python programming, Large Language Models (LLMs), Deep Learning, and Generative AI application development, with a proven ability to convert proof of concepts (PoCs) into robust enterprise-grade systems. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and lead the development of Generative AI solutions, including applications based on LLMs, conversational AI, copilots, and intelligent automation platforms. - Design, build, test, and deploy LLM-driven applications and machine learning models. - Create and refine comprehensive end-to-end pipelines for LLM development and deployment. - Transform innovative GenAI proofs of concept into scalable, secure, and production-ready applications. - Develop and fine-tune machine learning algorithms, conduct experiments, and assess model performance. - Prepare, clean, and process datasets, selecting appropriate data for training and evaluation of AI/ML models. - Collaborate with open-source tools and API-based LLMs, leveraging prompt engineering techniques and frameworks such as LangChain and Microsoft Semantic Kernel. - Architect cloud-based GenAI solutions emphasizing scalability, security, performance, and cost efficiency. - Apply Responsible AI and data privacy standards, ensuring transparency, fairness, and ethical data handling practices. - Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective AI-powered solutions. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Python programming. - Practical experience in Generative AI, LLM development, and deployment. - Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and neural network architectures. - Familiarity with frameworks and libraries including LangChain, Semantic Kernel, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or NumPy. - Expertise in prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and model optimization techniques. - Proven experience in constructing ML/LLM pipelines and deploying AI solutions in production environments. - Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Understanding of data mining, statistical analysis, data visualization, and principles of Responsible AI. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), conversational AI, copilots, and intelligent automation. - Familiarity with PySpark, Databricks, Azure ML, AWS AI/ML services, or Google Cloud AI/ML tools. - Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective GenAI architectures. - Knowledge of data privacy protocols, bias mitigation strategies, and responsible model governance. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field.
