Install services and maintain products distributed by Baxter within the defined area of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Own Service Revenue performance through Service Contract delivery and Spare Parts sales.
Establish and maintain effective communication with customers, team members, and business contacts.
Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework.
Report all relevant service activities to ensure the service system is updated with accurate and current service data.
Execute sales support activities for products and processes within the geographical area of responsibility.
Skills:
Basic understanding/knowledge of electronics; soldering skills; ESD protection; understanding/knowledge of the Medical Device Directive.
Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English and the local language.
Natural interest in IT applications.
Basic working knowledge of current Windows operating systems and use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
Qualification and Experience:
Graduate/ Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Electronics/ECE/Instrumentation Engineering.
3-5 years of field experience in servicing medical equipment, preferably medical instrumentation or electro-mechanics, or equivalent experience.
