About the Team

The Data and AI Team at Publicis Sapient is at the leading edge of AI innovation, developing scalable solutions for enterprises across sectors such as Healthcare, Retail, and Automotive. Our team combines proficiency in data science, AI/ML, and software engineering to tackle intricate business problems. By harnessing state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies, we design applications such as intelligent content moderation systems, AI-powered recommendation engines, and enterprise solutions based on LLMs.

About the Role

• Develop Next-Generation Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement AI-enhanced systems that revolutionize user experiences and optimize business operations.
• Enhance AI Through Data: Utilize data-centric strategies to boost model accuracy and responsiveness by curating high-quality datasets and refining real-time performance.
• Refine Industry-Specific Gen AI Models: Tailor and enhance large language models for specialized applications using advanced machine learning principles and core fine-tuning techniques.
• Create Intelligent AI Agents: Design and improve AI agents that address complex business challenges, employing LLMs and the LangChain framework to deliver personalized, user-focused solutions.
• Advance Generative AI Applications: Innovate using cutting-edge generative AI methods like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to develop customized applications for dynamic content creation, predictive analytics, and improved automation.
• Scale AI and Operationalize: Guarantee production-quality code through containerization tools for deployment tasks, crafting clean, maintainable, and efficient code to resolve real-world issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design AI Systems: Create AI agents for tasks including content compliance, asset decomposition, and contextual personalization.
• Develop NLP & RAG Pipelines: Execute advanced NLP solutions and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for search relevance, intent detection, and dynamic content generation.
• Production-Quality Execution: Produce clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code in accordance with PEP8 standards, ensuring production readiness through comprehensive testing and detailed documentation.
• Optimize AI Pipelines: Construct and deploy stable code structures utilizing terminal-based environments and modern version control tracking systems.
• Collaborate on AI Innovation: Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative or computational discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of demonstrable experience working directly with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• 1–2 years of practical experience using the LangChain framework to develop maintainable GenAI applications.
• 2–3 years of foundational experience with machine learning concepts and contemporary fine-tuning methodologies.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience applying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• 2–3 years of professional coding experience in Python, with strict adherence to PEP8 standards.
• 1 year of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker for model isolation and deployment.
• 1–2 years of experience using version control systems, particularly Git.
• Comfortable working directly in the terminal for development, automation, and deployment tasks.
