Customer Service Representative(Chat support)

Candidate Requirements :

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) who will provide exceptional assistance through digital chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally and empathetically manage incoming customer interactions via chat.
• Identify customer concerns and deliver precise and timely solutions.
• Ensure quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS) are upheld.
• Accurately document chat exchanges in internal systems.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in chat support).
• Proficient written communication abilities in English.
• Capability to juggle multiple chat conversations concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in chat-based customer support.
• Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or managed care processes.
• Experience using CRM tools or chat platforms.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Educational Background Eligibility

We will only consider candidates with the following educational qualifications:

• B.Sc.
• B.Com.
• B.A.
• MBA

Do not process candidates with: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or BCA qualifications.

Important Guidelines

• Refrain from processing candidates with international work experience or previous government employment.
• Two non-productive recruiters from the Noida team will assist with BGV documentation.
• Two dedicated BGV processors will be designated in Hyderabad, including Haritha (tentative) and one additional resource (TBD).

Client Benefits :

The client will offer:

• A two-way cab service from specified nodal points within a 40 km radius. Last-minute requests for pickups or drop-offs outside the designated routes will not be facilitated. Please convey this expectation to candidates from Day 1.
• Meals will not be provided.

One month of training at the client site, after which candidates will transition into production.
