Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance testing strategies utilizing Load Runner and JMeter.
• Evaluate test outcomes to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and offer actionable recommendations.
• Work in conjunction with development teams to incorporate performance testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Leverage Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics to guarantee optimal application performance.
• Create comprehensive reports and documentation detailing test results and suggested improvements.

Essential Qualifications:

• BTech, BCA, B.E, or BSc degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 2-9 years of experience in performance testing with expertise in Load Runner and JMeter.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret test outcomes and detect performance challenges.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with Dynatrace for monitoring application performance.
• Demonstrated success in performance testing within complex software environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to improve application performance.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting testing outcomes and recommendations.
