Cards and Payments Technology Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Cards and Payments Technology Lead to oversee IT delivery, spearhead automated testing initiatives, and conduct comprehensive business analysis within the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in card and payment systems, test automation methodologies, US banking operations, and demonstrate strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of dependable, high-quality technological solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions within the Cards and Payments sector. Design and execute automated testing frameworks to enhance system quality, reliability, and operational efficiency. Interpret and analyze business requirements related to payments, translating them into effective technological implementations. Work closely with business units, technology teams, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress, manage expectations, and facilitate prompt resolution of issues. Implement Agile practices, conduct risk assessments, and utilize data analysis techniques to support project success. Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory changes in US banking, and innovations in payment technology. Required Skills and Experience 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in IT delivery, technology development, or testing within the Cards and Payments domain. Extensive experience in automated testing and test automation processes. Comprehensive knowledge of payment systems, card transaction workflows, and payment industry business processes. Experience in Payments Business Analysis and familiarity with US banking regulations. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership capabilities. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project management principles, data analysis, and risk mitigation strategies. Demonstrated success in delivering technology solutions within the banking or financial services sectors. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Technology, or Science disciplines such as BE, BTech, BCA, BSc, MCA, MTech, or MSc.
