E-Commerce Executive / Senior E-Commerce Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented E-Commerce Executive or Senior E-Commerce Executive to drive growth across various online platforms. This position merges strategic oversight with practical execution to propel successful e-commerce projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the e-commerce operations across multiple online platforms. Create and maintain the e-commerce campaign calendar while assessing promotional opportunities, pricing strategies, and product selection. Lead internal campaign strategies and work in partnership with external e-commerce facilitators for seamless execution. Establish strategic direction for online marketplaces, ensuring timely and accurate content delivery in line with brand objectives. Oversee the company website as a crucial repository of brand and product information, coordinating updates and improvements. Cultivate new online partnerships, managing onboarding processes, product listings, promotions, and performance evaluations. Track and analyze essential e-commerce metrics, converting insights into actionable strategies. Ensure stock availability and promotional alignment by collaborating with internal teams to support key initiatives. Generate performance reports and liaise with both internal and external partners to optimize e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, preferably with major online marketplaces. Strong comprehension of marketplace dynamics, product listings, and online customer journeys. Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and implement effective business strategies for enhancement. Experience in the planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns, from initial assessment to final review. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Highly organized and detail-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
