Senior Data Analyst for Gaming

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with Strategic Partner Managers and various stakeholders to generate insights and shape regional strategies.
• Deliver data-driven guidance and support to gaming developers, ensuring their success on the company's platform.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on essential metrics that align with product and partnership goals.
• Create, sustain, and enhance performance dashboards to track key outcomes effectively.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in data mining while providing trend analysis to senior leadership.
• Facilitate business development initiatives by generating insights, engaging in strategic planning, and directly interacting with game developers to promote adoption.
• Oversee daily data operations, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work in tandem with teams across Product, Marketing, and Operations to advocate for the needs of partners.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in data analysis or technical operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to convert data into strategic insights and recommendations, along with the capability to identify, assess, and leverage industry trends to improve strategic decisions.
• Ideally possesses previous experience or a demonstrated interest in the gaming sector, coupled with a solid understanding of the internet ecosystem and the gaming industry.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing at multiple levels of management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
