In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Partner directly with the Product Owner to understand application and automation requirements, and collaborate with technical colleagues to design scalable, flexible solutions
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint Out of Box and Power Platform solutions to consistently enhance internal customer productivity
- Plan and deliver work in sprints/iterations in alignment with Scrum/Agile principles
- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, including but not limited to: PI Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, and System Demos
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate issues discovered during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live phases
- Compare objectives to actual outcomes and apply required fixes or enhancements based on UAT results
- Create UAT plans and obtain approval (including data backup/migration, communication, and cut-offs) in close coordination with the PO
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and improve efficiency
- Review and implement team best practices to maximize system/application potential
- Research emerging technologies, automation platforms, and industry trends to strengthen expertise and uncover innovation opportunities
- Work with the PO to escalate project issues or limitations, and to recommend actionable improvements and/or workarounds that may be implemented immediately or scheduled for upcoming PIs
- Document all technical deliverables, including user manuals, technical specifications, best practices, and more
- Follow Power Platform governance and ALM

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum 4-year experience in application development using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Strong hands-on experience and expertise with Power Automate and PowerApps
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online Out of Box features including SharePoint List, Libraries, Workflows, Webparts, Content Types, Document Sets, Master Pages, and Permissions Management
Nice to Have Certifications:
- Experience working in SAFe, Scrum, or Agile techniques for project planning & deliveries
- Experience working in the ITIL model to resolve user queries within stipulated SLAs
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Azure, SharePoint Framework
- Proactive individual contributor & team player
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good to have experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Asp.net, C#, jQuery
- Knowledge of Angular, React & other JS technologies is an added advantage
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
