In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate directly with the Product Owner to understand application and automation requirements, and partner with technical coworkers to create scalable, flexible designs and solutions
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint Out of Box and Power Platform solutions to continuously enhance internal customer productivity
- Plan and deliver assigned work in sprints/iterations while applying Scrum/Agile principles
- Participate actively in SAFe Agile ceremonies, including but not limited to: PI Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, and System Demos
- Assess, analyze, and mitigate issues discovered during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live phases
- Compare objectives with actual outcomes and apply required fixes or enhancements based on UAT results
- Create UAT plans and secure approval, including data backup/migration, communication, and cut-offs, in close coordination with the PO
- Work with the development team to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and improve operational efficiency
- Review and implement team best practices to maximize system/application capabilities
- Investigate emerging technologies, automation platforms, and industry trends to expand expertise and uncover opportunities for innovation
- Partner with the PO to escalate project issues or limitations and propose practical improvements and/or workarounds that can be implemented immediately or scheduled for upcoming PIs
- Document all technical deliverables, including user manuals, technical specifications, best practices, and related materials
- Follow Power Platform governance and ALM

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum 4-year experience in application development on SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Strong hands-on experience and expertise using Power Automate and PowerApps
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online Out of Box capabilities such as SharePoint List, Libraries, Workflows, Webparts, Content Types, Document Sets, Master Pages, and Permissions Management
- Experience applying SAFe, Scrum, or Agile techniques for project planning and delivery
- Experience working in an ITIL model to resolve user queries within defined SLAs
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Azure, SharePoint Framework
- Proactive individual contributor and team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good to have experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Asp.net, C#, jQuery
- Knowledge of Angular, React, and other JS technologies is an added advantage
- Nice to have Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
