Role/Profile: Customer Support/Service

Working Location: Ara Damansara (LRT ara damansara, its 10 minutes from office and you will get a free shuttle from LRT to office)

Workdays: Any 5 days in a week

Shift: Rotational shift

Salary: 2300RM basic + night shift up to 400 + 500KPI

Responsibilities:

* Provide continuous customer support through telephone and email regarding the product

* Use a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to go beyond the customer’s frustrations and resolve customer problems

* Assess the customer’s technical knowledge level and tailor technical communication to help resolve the issue

* Conduct basic probing to determine the next action for software-related enquiries

Requirements:

* Excellent English verbal communication skills

 Fresh Graduates interested in starting a career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided

* Fresh Graduates with Cert/Degree/Diploma in IT are encouraged to apply

* Must be willing to work on rotational shifts

* Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara
