Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Developer with 3 to 9 years of experience in FileNet IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager OnDemand. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in the Cards and Payments domain. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using FileNet IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager OnDemand to deliver reliable content management solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient workflows and processes within the Cards and Payments domain.
• Deliver technical expertise and ongoing support for integrating content management systems with other enterprise applications.
• Perform comprehensive testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables and reduce system downtime.
• Track and enhance system performance to improve the user experience and increase operational efficiency.
• Create, update, and maintain complete documentation for all developed applications and processes.
• Support the migration of legacy systems to modern content management platforms.
• Remain current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content management solutions.
• Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to uphold code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
