Software Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and a collaborative team player. In this role, you will partner with the broader PLC Team to fully understand the customer system design and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the PLC Team to review and understand customer system design/requirements.
• Test and validate code on SIL or HIL platforms.
• Configure and set up Hardware in the Loop (HIL) using PLCs.
• Deliver over-the-call support to global teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming proficiency in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or CodeBlocks.
• Experience working with Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Schneider, or comparable PLC hardware and software.
• Knowledge of industrial datalink protocols such as Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, or Ethernet IP.
• Ability to communicate effectively to support global collaboration.
• Experience using software version control tools like GIT.

Education & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Practical experience commissioning industrial automation systems (e.g., Siemens, ABB).
