Key Responsibilities

Risk Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare product-level risk decks, analyzing performance against key risk metrics and benchmarks.
• Track early bucket bounces and flow rates; provide actionable insights to credit and business teams.
• Perform portfolio reviews focused on delinquency reports and Early Warning System (EWS) alerts.
• Recommend portfolio interventions and resolution strategies to maintain and improve asset quality.

Policy & Analysis

• Conduct hind-sighting reviews to assess credit policy implementation effectiveness.
• Provide feedback or initiate amendments to credit policies based on analytical insights.
• Perform 'Credit Through The Door' analysis to guide business teams in correcting variance.
• Analyze and interpret macro and micro-level data movements to understand systemic risks.

Real-Time Risk Actions

• Monitor high-value cases in real-time and recommend preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Finance and Credit teams on Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model building, review, and alignment.
