Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Core HR, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR technology solutions that establish vital business capabilities and facilitate the achievement of strategic goals and operational enhancements. You will deliver expert consulting services by comprehensively understanding client business processes and guiding them throughout the implementation journey.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design and Deploy Solutions: Create and implement HR technology solutions tailored to clients' business requirements, establishing essential business capabilities and supporting strategic initiatives and operational enhancements.
• Provide Expert Consulting: Offer expert consulting services to clients by grasping their business processes and guiding them through the implementation journey to ensure the successful adoption of SuccessFactors Core HR solutions.
• Configure and Troubleshoot: Configure, implement, and troubleshoot crucial Employee Central functionalities, including business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects.
• Deliver Training and Support: Provide training and support to facilitate a seamless transition and successful adoption of SuccessFactors Core HR solutions.
• Analyze Requirements: Evaluate client requirements to design and deliver customized solutions that align with their business needs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR: Demonstrated experience with the Employee Central platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of essential functions such as business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects.
• Knowledge of EC Integrations: Familiarity with internal and external EC integrations, including an understanding of data exchange and interface protocols.
• SuccessFactors Modules: Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules, including insight into their functionality and integration with Employee Central.
• Requirements Analysis: Proven experience in analyzing client requirements to design and deliver customized solutions that fulfill their business needs.
• Solution Design: Experience in crafting HR technology solutions that align with clients' business objectives, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Knowledge of Other SuccessFactors Modules: Familiarity with additional SuccessFactors modules, including their functionality and integration with Employee Central, is advantageous for this role. This knowledge empowers the consultant to design and deploy comprehensive HR technology solutions that cater to clients' business needs.
• External EC Integration Experience: Experience with external EC integrations, including knowledge of data exchange and interface protocols, is beneficial for this position. This expertise enables the consultant to effectively configure and troubleshoot key Employee Central functions.
