SIP Academy is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to strengthen our team. The successful candidate will bring a solid foundation in finance and accounting, along with a proven ability to manage financial operations and lead a team. Responsibilities

• Handle and supervise the company’s daily financial operations.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
• Maintain adherence to applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Create and apply financial strategies that support the company’s growth.
• Track cash flow and financial performance, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with other departments to share financial insights and assist with decision-making.
• Manage, guide, and mentor a team of finance professionals by providing support, direction, and training as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6-12 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
