Chemist - Cementitious Mortars R&D

Key Deliverables

• Develop and modify cementitious mortar products for refurbishment and building finishing
• Coordinate product development activities with technology, QC, production, and sales teams
• Set up formulations for toll manufacturing and ensure ecological safety of raw materials and products
• Maintain detailed technical records and provide training and supervision to technicians

Role Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and physical tests for formulations and raw materials evaluation
• Plan product development projects aligned with market needs and RD Head guidance
• Support new/alternate vendor development for quality and cost improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies on confidentiality and safety
