Job Description:

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role is to get to the core of customer issues—diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment—so clients experience delight
• You will create a proposal by owning assigned sections of the proposal document and by contributing to solution design inputs within your areas of expertise
• You will plan and execute configuration activities, configure the product according to the design, run conference room pilots, and help resolve any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution and product demonstrations, Proof of Technology (POC) sessions, and workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with the customer’s budgetary requirements and the organization’s financial guidelines
• You will actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, with the objective of delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionals with 5 to 12 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in one or more of the following Capital Markets domain areas
• Asset Gathering Portfolio Modelling Portfolio Management Asset Allocation Strategies Trade Order Management Order Execution Exchange Connectivity
• Transaction Management Risk Administration Data Management Cash Administration Corporate Actions Processing Portfolio Recordkeeping
• Portfolio Accounting Reconciliation Processing Client Reporting and Fee Billing
• General Ledger and Accounting Market Data and NAV Calculations Trade Settlements Tax Reporting Regulatory Reporting
• Client Relationship Management Client Prospecting KYC process Anti Money Laundering Compliance Monitoring
• Advisory Services Robo Advisory Performance Attribution Performance Measurement Structured Products Managed Accounts
• Work experience with SQL is mandatory and you must be comfortable with data analysis
• Must have worked in Agile projects

Technical Requirements:

• Tasks will include but not limited to
• Engage stakeholders to identify scope and inventory of systems and processes impacted
• Verify and publish inventory systems data flows and process flows
• Document, maintain, and communicate key discussions, decisions, milestones, and RAID log
• Develop and maintain SDLC documents such as Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, FRD, Project Plan, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Lessons Learned
• Develop and maintain relevant Agile documents such as Scope Document, Iteration, Feature List, and Technology Regression Test Results
• Deliver presentation material to Senior Management, internal stakeholders, and external clients
• Communicate with colleagues to understand the needs of departments
• Work with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual project
• Perform key stakeholder management with various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers
• Work with users, business analysts, and developers to understand user and system requirements
• Explain requirements to various Applications Owners and participate in cross-functional reviews
• Assist with integration and acceptance testing
• Assist the QA team in generating scenarios for effective and thorough testing
• Provide support during and post implementation
