Position Overview

We are seeking a professional with 6 years of hands-on experience in crafting solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, showcasing a strong portfolio of diverse implementations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of applying security best practices throughout the Power Platform, which includes secure authentication, role-based access, DLP policies, and the secure management of secrets and credentials.
Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio is essential.
A deep understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services, is required.
Candidates should possess strong experience in application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, APIs, and data modeling.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and consulting skills are necessary, along with a demonstrated ability to build robust relationships with clients and internal teams.
A solid grasp of frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, and their synergy with Power Platform solutions is crucial.
Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members, along with a commitment to knowledge sharing and team development, is highly valued.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications are strongly preferred.

- Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and consulting skills with a proven history of building lasting client and internal relationships

Primary Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
- Lead the integration of Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services such as Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and external systems through APIs and custom connectors.
- Convert complex business requirements into technical specifications and user-friendly applications, collaborating closely with business analysts, UX designers, and end users.
- Quickly understand complex business concepts to provide effective input during various stages of the development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, establishing best practices and promoting a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solution architectures to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Keep up with emerging features of the Power Platform, advancements in the Microsoft ecosystem, and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.
