BIM Lead (Offshore Operations)

Our client is a Singapore-based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company dedicated to creating human-centric environments for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare, and workplace settings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise the offshore BIM team, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Manage BIM modelling, drawing production, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural, and M&E disciplines.
• Carry out model reviews, clash detection, and resolution to maintain design coordination.
• Track project progress, manage manpower allocation, and distribute workloads effectively.
• Ensure BIM outputs meet project specifications, quality requirements, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Liaise with Singapore-based project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, modelling practices, and quality control processes.
• Deliver technical support and training to BIM Coordinators and Modellers.
• Spot opportunities to enhance BIM workflows, improve productivity, and strengthen overall team performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant BIM experience, including prior experience leading or supervising a BIM team.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in BIM modelling, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and drawing production.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise workloads, and meet project deadlines.
• Experience supporting Singapore-based or overseas projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans, ISO 19650, and Autodesk Construction Cloud is an added advantage.

• Salary: Up to S$7,000 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
