BI Tools Manager (MSBI / MicroStrategy)

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced BI Tools Manager with 9 12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Analytics, and Reporting solutions
• The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in MSBI (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) or MicroStrategy, along with team management, stakeholder management, and end-to-end BI solution delivery experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BI development and support teams
• Design, develop, and implement enterprise BI and reporting solutions
• Collect business requirements and convert them into analytical solutions
• Own end-to-end BI project delivery and resource planning
• Create dashboards, reports, KPIs, and scorecards
• Maintain data quality governance and enforce reporting standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior leadership
• Drive performance optimization for BI applications and databases
• Mentor team members and conduct technical reviews
