Associate Engineer (Technical Support)

Overview:

We are looking for a committed Associate Engineer (Technical Support) to deliver outstanding maintenance and support for digital equipment at various client sites. This position provides an engaging work atmosphere with the chance for practical problem-solving and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance tasks for peripheral digital equipment on-site.
• Identify and resolve any issues with peripheral digital equipment as they occur.
• Collect and analyze data from maintenance and repair activities for continuous improvement.
• Effectively communicate with clients to identify and address technical issues.
• Engage in equipment installation projects at client facilities.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Diploma is required.
• Able to secure necessary licenses from regulatory bodies to deliver technical services.
• Open to supporting irregular hours for 24/7 operational needs.
• Capable of collaborating with international teams and manufacturing locations.
• Willingness to travel abroad for business as required.
