AS400 Developer

• Design and maintain software applications utilizing RPG/RPGLE, CL, SQLRPGLE, and DB2/400.
• Provide support for Payments, Remittance, Fund Transfer, and Loan Management systems.
• Execute application enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, address bugs, and optimize performance.
• Engage in requirement analysis, software development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment to production.
• Assist with incident resolution and manage end-of-day banking operations.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in AS/400 (IBM i) development.
• Proficient in RPG, RPGLE, CLP, SQLRPGLE, and DB2.
• Mandatory banking experience in Payments and Loans.
• Familiarity with system integration, APIs, MQ, and batch processing.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and production support processes.
