Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Application Developer specializing in Google Cloud FullStack, you will architect and develop cloud-native solutions leveraging microservices-based modular designs and API-driven microservices. You will operate within an Agile framework, concentrating on continuous release and improvement cycles, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce scalable and resilient applications.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Create Rich UI Applications: Design and implement rich UI applications utilizing Single Page Applications (SPA) or microfrontends with frameworks like ReactJS or Angular.
• Build Scalable Backend Microservices: Develop scalable and resilient backend microservices adhering to 12-factor principles, bounded context of the business domain, and exposing functionalities through API and event interfaces using frameworks such as Springboot.
• Design Data Models: Create and implement data models using contemporary SQL and No-SQL modeling techniques, and establish data storage solutions utilizing databases such as DB2, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Implement Event-Driven Architectures: Develop event-driven applications using Kafka, Zookeeper, and other relevant technologies, and set up cloud-native CI/CD pipelines for deployment and change management.
• Manage Cloud Services: Operate and oversee services on IBM Cloud, encompassing PaaS, databases, event-driven services, observability, DevSecOps, storage, and networking.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Cloud-Native Solution Development: Proven experience in designing and developing cloud-native solutions using microservices-based modular designs and API-driven microservices, emphasizing continuous release and improvement cycles.
• Full Stack Development: Demonstrated experience in creating rich UI applications based on Single Page Applications (SPA) or microfrontends using frameworks like ReactJS or Angular, as well as developing scalable and resilient backend microservices utilizing frameworks such as Springboot.
• Data Modeling and Storage: Proficient in designing and developing data models using modern SQL and No-SQL modeling techniques, along with implementing data storage solutions using databases such as DB2, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Event-Driven Architecture: Experience in developing event-driven applications using Kafka, Zookeeper, and other event-driven technologies, and establishing cloud-native CI/CD pipelines for change management.

• Knowledge of IBM Cloud Services: Familiarity with IBM Cloud services, such as PaaS, databases, event-driven services, observability, DevSecOps, storage, and networking.
