Job Overview:

• A seasoned Data Analytics Architecture Manager tasked with defining, governing, and supervising enterprise data solution architectures across various business domains and product teams.
• This role is pivotal in ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions by steering architecture governance, guiding design decisions, managing architecture resources, and collaborating with both business and technology stakeholders.
• This position blends architecture leadership, governance, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement to guarantee that data platforms and solutions are in line with enterprise architecture standards and business goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Architecture Governance
• Establish and oversee comprehensive data solution architecture
• Evaluate and authorize architecture designs and technical choices
• Set architecture guardrails, principles, and best practices
• Confirm that solutions comply with security, scalability, reliability, and regulatory requirements
• Lead architecture review boards and design discussions
• Solution Architecture
• Champion solution architecture for enterprise data and analytics projects
• Define integration methodologies and architectural frameworks
• Supervise data platform design and technology selection processes
• Assess non-functional requirements, including performance, resilience, and security
• Steer architectural decisions throughout the project lifecycle
• Vendor Resource Management
• Oversee external architects, consultants, and vendor teams
• Manage vendor governance, performance metrics, and cost efficiency
• Distribute architecture resources across various projects and initiatives
• Assist with workforce planning and architecture capacity management
• Leadership and Capability Development
• Mentor and guide architects and technical teams
• Facilitate architecture capability enhancement and knowledge exchange
• Encourage the adoption of architecture standards and reusable patterns
• Establish best practices within architecture communities
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, engineering managers, and technology teams
• Convert business needs into scalable technology solutions
• Ensure alignment between architecture strategy and business objectives
• Present architectural recommendations to senior leadership

Technical Qualifications:

• Expertise Required
• Extensive knowledge in data analytics architecture with practical experience in modern cloud platforms, e.g., Azure, ADF, Databricks, ADLS lakehouse, and distributed data processing
• Proficient in data ingestion and sharing patterns, data modeling, and non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, and resilience
• Capable of reasoning across product boundaries and making complex, high-impact architectural decisions
• Leadership Experience
• Demonstrated ability to direct external architects and make independent decisions within established standards
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and servant leadership capabilities

• Experienced Data Analytics Architect with specialization in enterprise data architecture, cloud platforms, data governance, solution design, stakeholder management, vendor leadership, and large-scale analytics ecosystems
