API Test LEAD

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in API Testing and Automation
• Proficient in Rest Assured and Java
• In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP protocols
• Experience with automation frameworks like TestNG or JUnit
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Swagger OpenAPI
• Experience utilizing Maven or Gradle build tools
• Solid understanding of authentication methods including OAuth, JWT, API Keys, and Basic Authentication
• Practical experience with version control systems like Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket
• Experience using defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile methodologies
