Accounts & Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the capital strategy of the organization. This role is situated at the convergence of banking, investment, and project finance, playing a significant part in how KW Group finances and expands its real estate portfolio. This position is pivotal and impactful, requiring you to represent the company before banks, NBFCs, and investors while overseeing the complete capital lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Debt Fundraising & Lender Management

● Spearhead the preparation, submission, and presentation of CMA for working capital and term loan requests (up to ₹400 Cr).

● Oversee the entire debt syndication process: structuring, documentation, approval, disbursement, and compliance.

● Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

● Negotiate loan terms, including interest rates, covenants, and security structures, to enhance the cost of capital.

2. Equity Fundraising & Investor Relations

● Assist in equity fundraising by preparing investor presentations, financial models, and data rooms.

● Coordinate due diligence efforts covering legal, financial, and operational aspects.

● Manage post-investment communication, reporting, and compliance with investors.

3. Financial Planning & Project Finance

● Create and oversee rolling cash flow forecasts for various projects.

● Develop project feasibility models, conduct IRR analysis, and formulate financial projections for new initiatives.

● Ensure budget control, variance analysis, and financial discipline are maintained across projects.

● Generate MIS reports and strategic decision notes for senior management.

4. Credit, Compliance & Team Management

● Perform credit evaluations for receivables, partners, and significant exposures.

● Guarantee adherence to lender requirements, audits, and regulatory standards.

● Lead and guide a finance team (3–6 members) across treasury, MIS, and credit operations.

Candidate Profile Core Competencies

● In-depth knowledge of banking, credit assessment, and capital structuring.

● Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and Excel.

● Capability to engage with a variety of stakeholders — lenders, investors, auditors, and internal teams.

● A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to follow through on closures and disbursements.

Preferred Experience

● Background in real estate, NBFC, infrastructure, or project finance.

● Familiarity with structured finance, securitization, or co-lending.

● Understanding of Power BI / Power Query for MIS automation.

Qualifications

● CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from an accredited institution (Mandatory)

● 4–10 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, or project finance

● Demonstrated success in raising ₹50 Cr+ in debt or assisting fundraising efforts

● Additional qualifications (CFA/FRM) will be considered advantageous
