Job Responsibilities

• Support the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and fundamental network connectivity issues.
• Deliver first-level support for routers, switches, access points, and other network hardware.
• Track network performance and escalate outages or complex incidents to senior engineers.
• Assist with routine network maintenance, including device verification, configuration backups, and firmware upgrades.
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, incidents, troubleshooting actions, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with network security, change management, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to resolve connectivity issues.
