Urgent: Program Engineer (sales/rfq/quotation)

What you'll do

• Support sales and programme management for automation equipment projects.
• Assist with the preparation of sales projections, forecasts, reports, and customer documentation.
• Help identify new business opportunities and support initiatives to expand the customer base.
• Join sales calls, customer meetings, and product presentations with senior team members.
• Support the RFQ and quotation process, including preparing submissions, monitoring responses, and following up with customers.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and other internal teams to keep projects and customer requests on schedule.
• Develop strong customer relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-up.
• Attend selected industry events to help build relationships with prospective customers.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in automation, semiconductor, manufacturing, or consumer electronics industries.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.
