Key Responsibilities:

• A typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will play a crucial part in supporting various stages of projects, which encompass problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
• You will investigate alternative solutions through extensive research, including literature reviews, publicly available information, and vendor evaluations.
• Additionally, you will develop Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Your responsibilities will include generating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining future processes, and producing detailed functional designs aligned with those requirements.
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements on various products, diagnosing any issues that arise, seeking clarifications, and identifying and shortlisting potential solutions.
• Furthermore, you will engage in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with UKG Boomi
• Proficient in UKG Boomi integrations
• Experience with Payroll and HR integrations
• Familiarity with API security, specifically OAuth tokens
• Domain experience in Retail HR
• Design, develop, and maintain Boomi integration processes
• Build and support integrations among
• UKG Pro WFM
• HRMS Payroll systems
• Third-party applications
• Utilize UKG API to extract data and develop applications
• Work with REST and SOAP API connectors, as well as middleware solutions
• Conduct data mapping, transformation, and error handling
• Facilitate integration deployments and provide troubleshooting at levels L2 and L3

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to identify their business challenges and enhance client deliverables by analyzing and structuring relevant data.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Exhibit logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement and propose technological solutions.
• Possess knowledge in one or two industry domains.
