Test environment management Consultant

Job Overview:

• We are in search of a talented TEMS Lead with extensive knowledge in ITIL-based IT Service Management and the management of non-production environments.
• This position requires the ability to enhance environment stability for cloud and SaaS platforms while ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders.

Primary Duties:

• Oversee and implement ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Manage change and deployment operations in both non-production and production environments.
• Provide support for cloud platforms such as PCF, Azure, and Oracle Cloud, focusing on environment setup, user access, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the efficient operation of SaaS platforms like Salesforce and Oracle through proper configuration and ongoing maintenance.
• Employ APM and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk for tracking environment health.
• Facilitate automated health checks for environments using tools like Selenium.
• Work closely with stakeholders to maximize the effective use of test environments and proactively address issues.
• Lead and mentor teams to foster delivery excellence and promote continuous improvement.

Technical Qualifications:

• Practical experience with ITSM tools, including ServiceNow, Remedy, and JIRA.
• Solid understanding of DevOps pipeline integration as well as SDLC and STLC processes.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Plutora and Enov8.
• Demonstrated capability to manage various stakeholders and guide technical teams effectively.

Additional Duties:

• Desirable skills include ITIL, Non-Production Environment support, and APM tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace.
