Job Overview:

The Quality Team at Infosys plays a vital role in collaborating with all business units and enabling functions to
achieve superior performance in business delivery and enhance client satisfaction
We act as agents of change by establishing
benchmarking practices, disseminating them across projects and units, and developing new models of excellence to
institutionalize best practices throughout the organization.

Interpret legislation, regulations, industry standards, and client contractual obligations to ensure compliance
Conduct regular compliance assessments at the account level and communicate enterprise-wide risk scores, gaps
trends, and insights to senior management and relevant stakeholders
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures involving multiple teams at accounts
Support enterprise-level risk management efforts related to vertical compliance across various domains
Develop and deliver train-the-trainer programs utilizing the Subject Matter Expert (SME) pool on domain vertical compliances
Identify improvement opportunities based on account-level gaps, coach and assist account compliance
managers in implementing enhancements and verify adherence

Proficiency in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) requirements and compliance evaluations
Expertise in Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS) and GDPR requirements and compliance assessments
Fundamental understanding of various domains including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Insurance, Automotive, Aerospace
