Technician II (Test & Development)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct debugging and testing of test boards
• Collaborate with board designers to resolve test board issues
• Oversee inventory management of electronic components and tools
• Demonstrate self-motivation with the capability to prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines, and handle shifting priorities;
• Exhibit a proven track record of flexibility and diligence, working effectively both independently and within a team in a high-pressure on-call setting with dynamic priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• Essential skills: Electronics expertise, proficiency in interpreting schematic diagrams, and strong soldering abilities, along with 8-10 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in developing and implementing standards, procedures, and guidelines to enhance operational processes.
• Self-driven with the ability to prioritize, meet critical deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities;
• Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and dedicated, working both autonomously and collaboratively in a demanding on-call environment with evolving priorities.
