Shipping Analyst

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the internal team to address all shipping-related inquiries and challenges.
• Take proactive measures to fulfill or surpass customer expectations while adhering to an OTD of 95%.
• Manage the flow and documentation associated with import processes.
• Work closely with the Customs Department for exemption requests and government applications.
• Conduct shipment audits to ensure appropriate use of shipping incoterms.
• Provide assistance and support for all necessary import/export shipping activities.
• Engage in freight sourcing and negotiation for import/export routes.
• Submit Certificates of Origin and upload ASNs as required.
• Familiarize yourself with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a multinational corporation operating within a high mix high volume manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software is essential; experience in warehousing or logistics management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal communication capabilities and adeptness in reporting data and information.
• Demonstrated logical and analytical thinking abilities.
