Key Responsibilities

• Execute operations and processes as outlined in documentation and ensure certification. Avoid using any substandard tools or machinery.
• Meet the daily targets assigned to them.
• Report any quality concerns related to products or operations to the Line Leader or Supervisor.
• Adhere to relevant procedures, including ESD and Cleanroom protocols.
• Consistently uphold 5S practices (to be completed at the end of each shift).
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Exhibit multi-skilling capabilities.
