Technical Lead / Solution Architect

Experience: 10-15+ years in total, including at least 8 years in Data Engineering or Solution Architecture, with a minimum of 5 years focused on AWS technologies.

Essential Skills

Specialization in AWS Data Engineering

AWS Glue, Lambda, S3, Step Functions, EMR, Redshift, Athena, EventBridge

Expertise in ETL Tools

Hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Data Catalog (not merely exposure)

Application Integration Knowledge

Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, API Gateway, and event-driven architectures (knowledge of Kafka is advantageous)

Understanding of Security Standards

Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and mTLS

AWS Infrastructure Proficiency

Experience with EC2, VPC, IAM, KMS, CloudFormation, and High Availability/Disaster Recovery (HA/DR); must possess an architectural-level understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) without necessarily having hands-on operational experience

Public Sector Experience - Required

Proven track record of working with Singapore Government agencies or Statutory Boards, specifically on the Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), within the GovTech/WOG/IM8 frameworks
