Oracle HCM Fusion Security Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Fusion Security expert with extensive knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security, role administration, and access governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud security roles, which encompass Abstract, Job, Duty, and Data Roles.
• Manage Person Security, Payroll Security, and LDG security.
• Oversee user access, role provisioning, and JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes.
• Design and uphold RBAC and least-privilege security frameworks.
• Administer the Oracle Security Console and manage role hierarchies.
• Diagnose and resolve security and access-related challenges.
• Assist with SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live security initiatives.
• Perform access reviews and aid in audit/SoD compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to address security needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of IT experience, specifically in Oracle HCM Cloud Security.
• Practical experience with the Oracle HCM Security Console and security profiles.
• In-depth understanding of RBAC, Person Security, Payroll, and LDG security.
• Experience in security operations, access management, and incident resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with OCI/Azure/AWS is a plus.
