Software Consultant (Oracle HCM)

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Fusion Security expert with extensive knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security, role management, and access governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud security roles, including Abstract, Job, Duty, and Data Roles.
• Administer Person Security, Payroll Security, and LDG security.
• Manage user access, role provisioning, and JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes.
• Design and uphold RBAC and least-privilege security frameworks.
• Oversee the Oracle Security Console and role hierarchies.
• Troubleshoot issues related to security and access.
• Assist with SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live security measures.
• Conduct access reviews and support audit/SoD compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to address security needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud Security.
• Practical experience with the Oracle HCM Security Console and security profiles.
• Deep understanding of RBAC, Person Security, Payroll, and LDG security.
• Experience in security operations, access management, and incident resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with OCI/Azure/AWS is a plus.
