Job Description

 

Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Pre-sales manager who will drive end-to-end cybersecurity engagement, including pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, sales support, implementation oversight, and post-sales customer success.
  • The role requires strong expertise in enterprise cybersecurity technologies, OEM security platforms, and security architecture, along with the ability to work closely with sales teams, OEM partners, and enterprise customers.
  • The candidate will play a key role in positioning, designing, implementing, and supporting cybersecurity solutions across customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Cyber Security Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

o   Engage with customers to understand security posture, risks, and compliance requirements.

o   Design end-to-end cybersecurity architectures and solution proposals.

o   Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and workshops for customers.

o   Support RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and technical documentation.

o   Prepare Bill of Materials (BoM), solution architecture diagrams, and sizing.

 

Implementation & Project Support (Post-Sales)

o   Support deployment and implementation of cybersecurity solutions at customer environments.

o   Coordinate with implementation engineers, OEM technical teams, and project managers.

o   Provide technical guidance during installation, configuration, and integration.

o   Ensure successful POC-to-production transitions.

o   Assist in integration with existing infrastructure such as AD, cloud platforms, SIEM, and network devices.

 

Post-Sales Customer Success & Support

o   Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to key customers.

o   Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance.

o   Conduct health checks, optimisation reviews, and security posture assessments.

o   Assist customers with security upgrades, expansion, and architecture improvements.

o   Support SOC teams, incident response, and security monitoring discussions.

o   Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

 

OEM & Partner Management

o   Work with leading OEMs such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, SentinelOne, Trellix, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, etc.

o   Maintain strong relationships with OEM technical teams.

o   Participate in partner enablement programs and certifications.

 

Pre-Sales Skills

o   Solution design and technical proposal creation

o   Customer presentations and executive briefings

o   RFP/RFI response management

o   Cyber security architecture design
