Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions utilizing Tungsten TotalAgility
- Set up and tailor document capture, classification, extraction, validation, and workflow procedures
- Develop Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and data extraction solutions for invoices, forms, contracts, and various business documents
- Construct and enhance business workflows, forms, queues, and process automation solutions
- Integrate TotalAgility with enterprise applications, databases, web services, and third-party platforms
- Configure Machine Learning and Cognitive Capture features for document processing
- Create custom scripts, APIs, and extensions tailored to business needs
- Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, and provide production support
- Engage in requirement analysis, technical design, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities
- Work collaboratively with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders
- Required Skills
- Extensive experience in development with Tungsten TotalAgility and Kofax TotalAgility
- Practical experience with Document Capture, OCR, Classification, and Data Extraction
- Proficiency in Forms Designer, Process Designer, Validation, and Workflow Configuration
- Familiarity with Transformation Modules and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow Automation
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and System Integrations
- Strong SQL Server database querying skills and knowledge of stored procedures
- Competency in troubleshooting document processing and workflow-related issues
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, and data transformation strategies
- Acquainted with Agile development practices
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with Tungsten Capture and Kofax Capture
- Familiarity with AI and ML-based document processing solutions
- Background in Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable Automation, and Banking document workflows
- Knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, or PowerShell scripting
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS
- Exposure to RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
