Application Development

• Develop, design, and maintain applications and services using Java.
• Write efficient, clean, and reusable code while adhering to best practices and design patterns.

System Architecture:

• Engage in creating secure and scalable application architectures.
• Collaborate with architects and product managers to set technical specifications.

Integration:

• Create and maintain RESTful APIs while integrating with external services.
• Ensure smooth integration across frontend, backend, and database components.

Testing and Debugging:

• Conduct unit testing and integration testing to validate code quality.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix software bugs and performance issues.

Documentation:

• Develop and update technical documentation, including system architectures and API specifications.
• Provide user manuals and operational guides as needed.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps personnel.
• Take part in agile practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Continuous Improvement:

• Keep abreast of the latest Java technologies and industry best practices.
• Propose enhancements to development workflows and tools.

Qualification & Experience

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Two to three (2-3) years of experience in software application design using Java, C#, or Python, including Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
• Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration and code reviews.
