Site Civil Supervisor, Kenering

1. Supervise and oversee civil construction, maintenance, repair, and rectification tasks at the hydroelectric project site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
2. Conduct inspections and assess the condition of civil structures and facilities, ensuring that any defects and necessary corrective measures are accurately identified and addressed.
3. Coordinate daily on-site activities with contractors, engineers, consultants, and project teams to guarantee that work is executed safely, efficiently, and within the established timeline.
4. Monitor the quality and progress of civil works, identify site-related issues or deviations, and ensure that suitable corrective actions are implemented.
5. Prepare and maintain comprehensive site records, inspection reports, progress updates, and documentation for work completion.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil works and site supervision, preferably in hydroelectric, power generation, dam, infrastructure, or similar projects.
3. Strong understanding of civil structures, inspection, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation processes, along with the capability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
4. Excellent site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of effectively coordinating contractors and monitoring the quality and progress of work.
5. Must be willing to be stationed at the project site in Kenering, Gerik, Perak, and adhere to project and operational requirements.
