Service Engineer

Brief Summary

• Provide consistent, field-based technical support by handling equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs. Support customers in sustaining optimal equipment performance by diagnosing problems and carrying out timely corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and repair laboratory, research, and analytical equipment at customer sites. Offer technical guidance and after-sales support to customers. Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing, and equipment calibration. Diagnose technical faults and apply suitable corrective measures within agreed timeframes. Coordinate with equipment principals on technical topics, spare parts, and warranty claims. Create preventive maintenance plans to strengthen equipment reliability. Complete service reports and keep precise records of all service-related activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum five years of relevant experience in technical service, equipment maintenance or commissioning. Experience supporting process equipment or comparable technical systems is advantageous. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team. Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong business awareness. Valid Class 3 driving licence and access to a personal vehicle is advantageous.
